[Benjamin:] The National Mall

   For breakfast we had honey nut Cheerios. And in the morning we went to the market, and dad ordered a picture to be shipped to grandpa's house. They also got hot dogs for lunch, yum:-) .
   After lunch we went to the Smithsonian. We saw a memorial for world war two. We dipped our feet in the water, and it was cold like water in Britain.

We saw a statue of Martin Luther King Jr, and read his speeches.

We also looked at a temple, and read speeches by Abraham Lincoln.

 

Then we came to the holiday house by Metro. For tea we had sandwiches and melon for pudding.
